ToolBox offers its services to small and medium size Non Profit Organisations, active in the social sector and whose beneficiaries in India.
ToolBox starts its collaboration with the Non Profit after a thorough analysis of their management and internal organization structures in order to identify the different work streams that need to be addressed.
The Non Profit served can tap into the competences and experience of a network of volunteers who are active in the main management fields: strategy, finance, HR, communication & marketing, IT and legal advice. Some associations coached can ask to have their board reinforce by one of our members.
