Our goal is to help non profit organisations (NPO's) active in the social sector to integrate management and communication techniques of the private sector to improve their positioning in and to ensure their sustainability.
To reach this objective, ToolBox counts on a network of professionals who offer their time and expertise graciously. ToolBox ensures that NPO's cooperate with motivated and responsible volunteers who care about their coaching.
The Central Team is in charge of matching the expertise of the members with the needs of the NPO's.
ToolBox developed a series of tools for diagnosing, monitoring and evaluating a coaching, allowing ToolBox to follow-up closely the project and thus ensuring an optimal accompaniment.
ToolBox gathers today a great number of volunteers and offers its services to NPO's based in India, and Belgium.
