Based on a thorough analysis of both organisational and strategic elements (mission, vision, strategy, processes and infrastructure) ToolBox identifies, with the NPO, the most important priorities of their cooperation. Coached non-profits can count on professionals who have expertise in the field of general management, strategy, finances, human resources, communication & marketing, IT and legal advice.
